Welcome to the Vision 2040 Website!

This site is intended to keep the general public informed about the largest long range planning effort ever undertaken in Doña Ana County, New Mexico – Vision 2040.  Vision 2040 is the first long-range, regional plan to include Doña Ana County and its four municipalities: the City of Las Cruces , Village of Hatch , Town of Mesilla , and City of Sunland Park.  Using the links above, you can find information on upcoming meetings, review draft documents, and leave written feedback. We hope you find this site useful as you get involved in shaping our community’s future!  If you have any suggestions for improving it, please send an e-mail to tschuster@las-cruces.org.
