| Vision 2040 Interactive Public Input Meetings, Round 2 | May 12-15, 2008 (7 meetings) |
The consultant presented a project update and the results of the first round of meetings conducted in March. A Draft Vision Statement, Goals and Objectives of the Regional and Comprehensive Plans was presented and is currently available for public comment. Participants took part in a prioritization of issues that were identified in the previous round. |

| Vision 2040 Interactive Public Input Meetings, Round 1 | March 3-6, 2008 |
The consultant presented trends and statistics to the community. Participants took part in Community “Visioning”, a discussion of potentials and issues in each subject area. Participants completed questionnaires and represented issues and potentials on maps in small groups. The results of these exercises will be compiled and presented in Round 2 for feedback and discussion. |
